K&E Custom Renos ("we", "us", "our") is a residential renovation company serving Hamilton, Ontario and surrounding areas. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, including our quote request form.

When you request a quote, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the city or neighbourhood and street address of the property, your preferred contact method, and details about your project, such as the type of work, timeline, budget range and description. You may also choose to upload photos of the space.

If you contact us through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, we receive the details you provide in that form, which typically include your name, email address and phone number.

When you browse the site, we receive basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address and the pages you view. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

We use the information you provide to respond to your quote request, contact you about your project, prepare estimates, and schedule and complete work you hire us for.

We may also use your contact details to follow up on a request you started. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We only share personal information with the service providers that help us operate: our website hosting and database provider, which stores quote submissions securely; Meta Platforms, when you submit your details through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram; and email or phone services we use to communicate with you.

These providers process information on our behalf. We never share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.

Quote submissions and photos are stored in a secured, access-controlled system. Only members of our team can view them, and access is limited to staff who need it to do their work.

We keep quote request information only as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you become a client, for as long as required to maintain project records and meet legal or warranty obligations. After that, it is deleted.

You can ask us at any time to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at kecustomrenovation@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

If you would like us not to follow up on a quote request, just say so and we will stop. You can also withdraw consent to further contact at any time.

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date. Material changes that affect how we use information you have already provided will be communicated directly.
